Renew Membership with Existing Username

Answer

Unfortunately if your membership has expired, our membership system does NOT let you re-use your old username when you renew. It will tell you that the username is already in use.

Please simply choose a new username when you renew at http://www.surfnetkids.com/printables-club.htm

And if you really want your old username back, then submit a ticket and be sure to include BOTH your old and new usernames. We will then switch them for you.

Sorry about this, but sometimes technology is convinced it is smarter than we are :)
