Answer

You need to have javascript ENABLED in your browser to install the Sharing Links toolbar.

In Firefox, click Tools/Options/Content, and make sure there is a check mark in front of Javascript. Click OK.

In Internet Explorer, click Tools/Internet Options/Security, click Custom Level, and scroll down to Active Scripting, and make sure it is selected. Click OK/Yes/OK.
