Tags are keyword phrases that describe your links. Using them liberally (at least three per link) will aid in your bookmark organization, and help other users discover your bookmarks.

At first, you might simply think of them as folders (of you are accustomed to storing links in folders.) But they have many benefits over folders. First, you can use multiple tags per bookmark. Second, your popular tags will be displayed in a Popular Tag cloud whenever you are logged in. Third, they provide a fun opportunity to tag surf to other’s links.
